  • Author should prepare the manuscript using the IRCES template and submit through online submission. Editor will not receive submission by email.
  • The submitted paper should be original and has not been published or currently under review in any conference or journal. Author can submit the extended version of previously published paper.
  • All the submitted paper will be reviewed by the experts in the respective field by considering the originality and quality of its contents.
  • Each paper should not exceed 8-10 printed pages (minimum 3,000 words, up to a max of 7,000 words).

  Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.  
  Submission Preparation Checklist   
  As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.  
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format only.
  • The submission strictly follows IRCES Manuscript Format. Failure to adhere to the required format will results in technical reject of the submission.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  Review Criteria  
All manuscripts are pre-reviewed by the editor, and if appropriate, sent for blind peer review. Contributions must be original, not previously or simultaneously published elsewhere, and are critically reviewed before they are published. Papers, which must be written in English, should have sound grammar and proper terminologies. Reviewers are asked to consider several aspects of the manuscript, including:
  • Content: Clarity of objective, technical correctness, scope covered, conclusions   drawn as supported by the data presented.
  • Originality: Presence of new ideas or innovative contribution.
  • Structure: Logical layout, proper use and adequate number of figures, diagrams, and tables.
  • Quality of text: Being concise, correct grammar and spelling, clarity of expression, consistency, readability, and citation of appropriate references.
  Privacy Statement  
  The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.  
  Publication Policy  
  Upon submission of manuscript to the IRCES,  
  • All of the terms and conditions which may change from time to time are indirectly agreed and admitted by the authors.
  • The original contents of manuscript are allowed to be edited, published and distributed by IRCES.
  • Any violation of copyright or law emanating from the published research work shall be borne entirely by the authors.
  • Authors are responsible for any malpractices such as plagiarism and parallel submission of the same manuscripts in other journal publisher along with IRCES.
  • Before publication, the research work presented in the manuscript must be approved in advance by the employer or the respective authority.
  • IRCES have the right to cancel publication of the manuscript without providing cost compensation associated with preparation of the manuscript. Therefore, the manuscript will not be displayed in the IRCES website without any notice at any time.
IRCES will not take responsibility for the delay in publishing the manuscript through online system.
